Dune Rehabilitation

In terms of the National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998, Moquini HOA is implementing a dune maintenance plan for the existing buffer dune system along the seafront, to protect vegetation and ultimately ensure we are complying with relevant legislation and regulations. Please see attached the Dune Management Plan and the Western Cape Governments approval of the plan. We urge residents and visitors to assist us in complying with the plan and ensuring that the rehabilitation and preservation of the Dune is maintained.
